Scope of the proposal
The quote specifies which pages will be laid out, how many correction rounds are included and whether editable source files will be delivered. Design changes are not mixed with translation corrections.

Do you need the editable file?
It is the best option. If it does not exist, we can assess reconstruction from a PDF, with a different cost and scope.
Do you also deliver a final PDF?
Yes. Delivery of both the editable file and a PDF ready for review or use can be agreed.
Do you redesign graphics containing text?
We can include this when suitable resources are available; it is itemized separately in the quote.
