Service

Website translation and localization

We localize corporate websites, stores and interfaces while considering navigation, calls to action, variables and context. The goal is not to replace words, but to create natural, functional text for the target market.

Typical documents and content

  • Corporate and service pages
  • Catalogs and product pages
  • Interfaces, messages and help centers
  • Metadata and editorial content

Who the service is for

Companies launching a website in another language or needing to consolidate scattered translations across a CMS, catalogs and applications.

We can work with CSV, XLIFF and other exported formats. Direct access to a CMS is agreed separately and must be limited to what is necessary.

How we organize the project

1

Inventory of URLs or exported files

2

Tone guide, glossary and terms that must not be translated

3

Translation, in-context review and return in the agreed format

What we need for a quote

  • URL map or a complete content export
  • Language, market and brand tone
  • Keywords, character limits and technical variables

Scope of the proposal

A sample helps identify duplicate text, fragments without context and tags that must not be changed. We then agree how revisions and new strings will be handled during publication.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also translate title tags and meta descriptions?

Yes, when they are included in the scope. They are adapted to the topic and search intent rather than translated literally.

Can you work without access to my website?

Yes. A structured export is usually sufficient and reduces access to client systems.

Does the service include programming?

Not by default. We can coordinate delivery with your technical team and quote additional work if necessary.
