Sworn translation of an academic transcript

An academic transcript lists subjects, grades, credits, hours and study periods. Consistent terminology is essential when it is submitted with a diploma or course syllabus.

What must be visible in the file

  • Every page in the correct order
  • Grade legend and scale used
  • Credits, hours and academic periods
  • Seals, signatures, codes and verification pages

Validity and format

Academic results do not expire, but the receiving institution may require an official, sealed, apostilled or electronically verifiable copy.

Typical use

It may be used for degree recognition, credit transfer, university admission, scholarships or employment.

Before translation

We do not convert grades or credits to a Spanish scale unless the authority requests it and an official method applies. The translation preserves the source values.

How to request an assessment

If the transcript uses abbreviations, include the institution’s legend or guide. For long files, we prepare terminology and keep subject names consistent with the diploma.

Frequently asked questions

Do you convert my grades to the Spanish system?

Not as part of a standard translation. We reproduce the original scale and its legend; equivalency is determined by the assessing authority.

Is every subject translated individually?

Yes, unless the authority has expressly authorized a different scope. The quote is based on the actual amount of content.

May I send photographs of several pages?

Yes for assessment, provided they are complete, in focus and in order. For the final work, we may request a higher-quality PDF.

Request a quote for your academic transcript

We will review the language, every page and the included formalities before confirming price and timing.
