Sworn Romanian-to-Spanish translation

Regulation (EU) 2016/1191 simplifies the circulation of certain public documents between Member States. It does not cover every document or every use, so it is advisable to ask the Spanish receiving body whether it accepts the document with its multilingual standard form.
